Return Policy and Terms

We offer 10 days return policy from the day you receive your order under following conditions:

Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.

25% restocking fee will be charged for a refund or an exchange. Restocking fee will not be charged for any voltage converters with fuse protection that are being exchanged. Restocking fee will not be charged for defective or damaged merchandise. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective.

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Us before returning any merchandise. Note that we will not accept any merchandise sent without a RMA number.

All returns must be in original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted. Any missing items will be subject to a replacement charge.

Returns must be received within 7 days of the RMA's issuance.

Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. Please be sure that return shipments are properly packed and fully insured. Popular Electronics Inc, is not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper.

Manufacturer's warranties are processed by the manufacturer. For warranty questions, inquiries, or repairs, please contact the manufacturer.

All defective merchandise may be returned back to us only within the 10 days of receipt.
